Do you require reservations for tours?

We do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for single day tours and a minimum of 72 hours notice for multiple day tours.

Do you rent your bikes out for self-guided tours?

No, we do not. Our bikes are only available to those on our guided tours.

What do I need to bring on tour?

If you are not using our equipment you need to bring your own safety equipment. We require a minimum of a full face helmet and MX/ Enduro boots to ride with us.

On single day tours, if you are using our equipment, we have you completely covered.

For multiple day tours where we do not return to Pai every night, you need to bring toiletries, chargers, and changes of clothes.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

1-Day Tours

Cancellations two weeks before tour date or earlier – full refund of deposit.

Cancellations less than two weeks before tour date – 50% of deposit will be refunded.

Multiple-Day Tours

Cancellations four weeks before tour date or earlier – full refund of deposit minus expenses (e.g. hotel reservations).

Cancellations less than four weeks before tour date – 50% of deposit will be refunded.

*Cancellations 24 hours or less before tour date, and no-shows, will receive no refunds*

What experience do I need and how hard are the trails?

To go on one of our tours we do require the rider to be competent on a geared (manual) motorcycle. When it comes to trails, we have routes that cater to every level of rider from beginners all the way up to hard enduro.

How long is the average ride?

Our rides average 4 to 6 hours a day depending on the riders’ experience and trail conditions.

What is the minimum/maximum number of riders to book a ride?

We do not have a minimum number of riders on our 1-Day Tours.

During high season (September-March), we have a minimum requirement of 5 riders on our Multi-Day Tours that include overnight stays.

We do not have a hard limit on the maximum number of riders; however, we do provide 1 safety rider for every 5 extra riders on tour.

Do you require a deposit for your tours?

Yes we do. For our single day tours we require a 25% deposit and for our multiple day tours we require a 50% deposit. This allows us to ensure all of the needed logistics are in place to ensure the best possible experience.

What safety equipment is provided?

We provide helmets, safety goggles, gloves, jerseys, pants, knee/elbow pads, chest protectors, backpacks for water, and motorcycle boots. Find out more on the Our Bikes & Equipment page.

Is accommodation provided on tours?

Accommodation is provided on our multiple day tours that take us outside of Pai. Single day tours and tours where we return to Pai nightly do not include hotels.

Do I have to pay for bike damage?

When it comes to normal wear and tear we do not charge for damage (e.g. scratches or tube replacement for flat tires).

The only time we charge for damage is if something is broken and has to be replaced (e.g. bent or broken handle bars).

Is transportation provided to Pai?

We do not provide transportation, but can help organize it for you at your expense.

Do you offer meals on the rides?

For 1-Day tours, and Multi-Day tours that return to Pai every night, we provide 1 Thai lunch per day. For Multi-Day tours that take us out of Pai overnight, we provide 3 Thai meals per day.
